How It All Began

Karvi PRO was founded in Germany with a simple but powerful belief: restaurant owners deserve to own their digital future. We witnessed firsthand how third-party delivery platforms were taking a significant cut from every order—sometimes 25–30%—leaving hardworking restaurateurs with shrinking margins and little control over their own business.

Our founders came together from diverse backgrounds in technology, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. They shared a vision: build an infrastructure that would allow restaurants to accept online orders directly, without middlemen, without commission fees, and with full control over their brand and customer relationships.

What started as a small project to help local restaurants in Hamburg has grown into a robust technology company serving hundreds of establishments across Germany and beyond.
